This latest report from UK think tank the Fabian Society looks at the barriers self-employed workers face in accessing their rights.

Self-employed workers make up a large part of the economy but many struggle to access their legal rights. This report examines the barriers they face and proposes the introduction of an online dispute resolution service to bridge the self-employment justice gap.
